But we do understand that you may not need our help for everything. We can have as much or as little involvement as you require. What is the minimum group size?
A group is 10 rooms or more. There is no maximum number, we can book out an entire resort if that is what your company requires. We’ve had groups of hundreds and even thousand participants!
How do I book?
Everything is booked through us, we are your one stop shop that saves you money and time. Once you decide on your program we do all the negotiating on your behalf with each vendor and provide you with one contract. It’s that simple. Let our team talk to you about your needs, we will then suggest various suited destinations. We can provide costing for a few destinations to help you and give you the luxury of comparing destinations, pricing and discussing amongst your team. All of our proposals are customized to meet the needs of your group.
How do I select the perfect destination?
For Mexico and most of the Caribbean destinations, we recommend 4 to 5 nights to best experience and enjoy a destination. For Europe, we recommend 6 plus nights and for Asia, Australia & New Zealand we recommend 10 plus nights due to the long distance with travel and the time change.
What is a good duration for my incentive program?
Yes, we can absolutely create a program within the United States for you. We have a long list of vendors and contacts and have years of experience helping our US clients stay local. Most popular destinations are; Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Florida Keys and the Carolinas. We are not limited to only doing international destinations.
Can you assist with domestic US locations?
All-inclusive resort means that your food & beverage amongst other things are included in one bundled price. It gives you a very good idea upfront on the full cost of your program and also is a great option for your winners to enjoy some time on their own but still be taken care of by the company.
