COVID Safety Manifest

• Keep meetings and groups up to 50 people to reduce exposure to COVID-19. We recommend doing 2 or 3 waves for larger groups.

• Do your program need to cater for more than 50 people? We can source the perfect size location for you to do a full so-called property buy-out, so it is only your attendees on-site and you have full control of everything on-site. In partnership with our team, you can implement any of your own COVID policies and procedures, as well as having fun branding the destination as your very own! 

• We will verify all vendors full COVID-19 protocols and procedures prior to contractual obligation. We only work with highly regarded professional vendors for all our programs and we ensure these vendors have very well-planned policies and procedures for dealing with COVID-19.

• We will work on your behalf to customize floor plans and set-ups that will work for your specific event while incorporating social distancing for your final number of attendees.

• We can work onsite coordinating all operations assisting vendors in transitioning from one event to another while keeping strict COVID-19 polices in place.

• We will work with you to provide a pre-travel COVID-19 kit with essentials; sanitizer, gloves, mask, wipes, clean travel blanket (for long distance travelers).

• We can source additional products to keep you and your attendees safe during on-site meetings. 

• Will ensure all venues, function rooms and spaces are ample big enough for the safety of the group size and social distancing can be practiced. Putting in to practice good hygiene by keeping hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes near entryways for easy access and as a reminder to keep hands and surfaces clean.

• We will assist you in setting program scheduling to ensure the group is safe.

• Will ensure you receive as much seclusion with group only travel, check-in, meals, events, and as much private access reduce mixing with unknown individuals.

• Your company is still on a “no travel ban” but you want to reward you team? We can assist in sourcing and providing creative gifting options to be delivered right to your team in their home offices. 

• Prepare and execute both 100% virtual meetings and hybrid meetings. 

• Finding a venue for your hybrid meeting that is close proximity for majority of attendees and arranging safe carpools or group ground transport with stringent safety measures in place.

• We can arrange excursions with minimal contact and interaction without losing any of the fun. Hikes, bikes, ATV all of which will follow COVID cleaning and sanitizing guidelines between groups. 

• We strongly recommend distributing a travel group waiver to educate and remind participants of critical COVID-19 measurements.
